QUALITY MANAGEMENT : MASEN'S SYSTEM CERTIFIED ISO 9001:2015
The ISO 9001:2015 quality certification has been awarded to Masen in February 2018,

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the world standard in terms of quality management for an organization. The awarding of this certification confirms that Masen has effectively implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) covering the entirety of its operational activities, and meeting the requirements of this standard.
The implementation of the QMS - in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard -resulted in the adoption of a process approach allowing Masen to better collect and meet the expectations of its projects’ stakeholders. The QMS has also put in place several mechanisms that allow to continuously improve the performance of the existing processes and streamline their operation. Through the development of individual and collective knowledge and skills, the SMQ enables Masen to capitalize on its internal know-how.
Masen is one of the first organizations in Morocco to be certified 9001 (in its latest 2015 version). Delivered by Bureau Veritas Maroc, COFRAC accredited, this certification is the first step in a more global approach to seek excellence, through the implementation of international standards for all of Masen's business lines.
